1. Nepalese laws make different remedy against check bounce. Due to this multiplicity of remedy some confusion is there in legal community. Provided provide proper solution to remove such confusion which also be effective for the protection of sanctity of Negotiable Instrument.

2.      Discuss about the role of Nepal Rastra Bank for the development of Banking regulation in Nepal.

 

3. Write basic function of Merchant Banker and discuss about the Letter of Credit
4. Credit creation is major function of banking company. Provide your insights how this job is being discharged by banks.
